DATA CORE

The Data Core is an information technology department (IT) that comprises an integral part of the AIDS Research Program. The mission of our highly qualifying staff is to assist researchers with technical aspects related to equipment troubleshooting. The main tasks of the IT department include:

• Troubleshoot, maintain, and update the AIDS Research Program computer facilities.
• Evaluate software and hardware purchases.
• Develop applications that will facilitate the tasks of the researchers.
• Assist in the analysis of data in the projects.
• Manage the computer network infrastructure at the AIDS Research Programing facilities.
